Opening with Cacao & Rose
We begin with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao elixir, gently warmed with nutmilk and kissed with a touch of organic rose syrup.
Cacao and rose are plant allies of the heart—softening our inner armor and attuning us to joy, intimacy, and deeper presence.
For those not drinking cacao, we’ll offer beautifully crafted herbal teas.
What You’ll Receive
This is not a large sound bath or drop-in class.
This is a deep dive in a lovingly curated, sacred space—limited to 10 participants only for true presence and care.
You’ll receive:
A somatic practice + guided meditation led by Aiyana to gently release emotional tension and energetic congestion
Live sacred sound healing by Aiyana and Tom, moving through the space to play instruments directly over and around your body—each sound wave infused with Divine Love and precise energetic intention
Support for activating your body’s natural healing intelligence—including your BDNF (think of it as your brain’s growth fertilizer, helping you shift out of freeze, fog, and emotional fatigue)
A safe, soulful container for sharing, integration, and connection—no pressure to perform, only space to be fully received

Thick yoga mats, soft blankets and a pillow
Filtered, charged water to support energetic clearing
A warm, beautiful space to let go and be held
You're welcome to bring any additional pillows or blankets to deepen your nest. You may also wish to bring your own eye cover.
The more comfortable your body is, the deeper you can journey.
Feel free to move, stretch, or sit upright as needed. This space is yours.
For the comfort of all participants, we kindly ask that you arrive fragrance-free (no perfume or scented oils). Thank you for honoring the space.
Nourishment After Ceremony
Following the closing, we’ll gather for a delicious, hearty, all-organic vegan soup lovingly prepared and served in community.
Arrival Window: 1:30–1:45pm
Doors open at 1:30pm for soft landing.
Enjoy tea, snacks, and filtered, charged water as you settle into your cozy space.
Please arrive no later than 1:45pm, as we’ll begin promptly at 2:00pm with our cacao ceremony.
